We are Admire and Sikhethiwe from Kufunda Village in Zimbabwe.

For years, we’ve walked alongside women, youth, and community groups.

Together with them, we have used Flow Game to create and hold spaces that help people listen, learn, and lead together. We’ve seen how dialogue and shared reflection can rebuild trust and forge deep change.

We love the game and what is has enabled in our Zimbabwean work - the ability to slow down together and find the wisdom in the middle, bringing clarity of purpose and wise action for individuals and groups. Our work with the flow game has been growing quietly but steadily at Kufunda through the years.

We have been invited to Denmark in June for the Flow Game Hosts Gathering, a global circle of facilitators exploring community-led learning and leadership through the game. We will bring stories and insights from Zimbabwean communities, and return home with new inspiration and connection to strengthen our work with women’s leadership, youth initiatives, and community collaboration through the gifts of the Flow Game.
