Orbis Institute provides a home for developing leaders, their ideas, and the broader social impact community in Metro Denver.

WHO WE ARE

Orbis Institute is a community gathering space designed to catalyze social impact in Metro Denver and around the world. Orbis is anchored by our signature co-living fellowship program for young leaders, who live in the space and host powerful events. Out of our love for Orbis and all it has been for us, a group of Orbis alumni has worked hard over the past year to form a formal board and staff, and welcome the next generation of fellows and community members.

WHAT WE DO

Orbis Institute addresses the community need of developing leaders by having young leaders participate in a live-in fellowship that focuses on five objectives: Develop Self-Aware Leaders, Cultivate Meaningful Relationships, Build Leadership Skills Rooted in Authenticity, Empower Local and Global Impact, Promote Courage and Advocacy.

Leaders learn to understand themselves and their context, engage with others to gain new perspectives, and act alongside community members. The fellowship elements include:

Executive Coaching
Mental Health Therapy
Workshops
Consultation with leaders and Orbis alums

The Orbis Institute is known in Denver for bringing the community together to collaborate around fellows’ Commitments to Action. Fellows are encouraged to host events to iterate on ideas and try new things. We invite you to be a part of these events at Orbis Institute in Denver City Park. WHAT WE NEED

We are currently fundraising to keep Orbis running as a nonprofit that serves as a hub for so many other social impact endeavors in the Denver community. To provide a safe home and successful program for the fellows and community members, we need your support to get $8,000 by February 2026.

If you are thinking about what a meaningful contribution looks like for you, please note what it costs to put on successful programming:

A $150 contribution pays for one fellow to experience Executive Coaching
A $250 contribution keeps the heat on for one month during the winter at Orbis
A $300 contribution pays for food for the Fellows’ retreat focused on their professional development and planning events for the community
