🍿 Pop Into Giving! Support Our 5th Graders & Kindergarteners! 🎓❤️

Big milestones deserve unforgettable celebrations!

Our Parent Association is excited to launch Popcorn Fridays, a fun and delicious fundraiser dedicated to supporting two very special milestones: our 5th Grade Graduation and Kindergarten Step-Up Celebration!

For just $1 per bag, students can enjoy fresh, tasty popcorn while helping us raise funds to make these celebrations extra special.

Every bag purchased brings us one step closer to creating meaningful experiences, lasting memories, and joyful celebrations for our graduating 5th graders and our kindergarteners as they prepare for their next big adventure!

🍿 How It Works

Starting Friday, October 23rd, popcorn will be available every Friday!
Each bag is just $1.
Pre-orders are highly encouraged to help us prepare.
Missed the pre-order? No worries! Simply send your child to school with $1, and they can purchase popcorn during their lunch hour.

❤️ Why Your Support Matters

Our 5th graders are preparing to close an important chapter of their elementary school journey, while our kindergarteners are getting ready to take their exciting next steps into first grade.

Funds raised through Popcorn Fridays will help support graduation and step-up activities, decorations, celebration supplies, and other special touches that make these milestones memorable for our students.

Every dollar makes a difference, and every bag of popcorn helps us celebrate our children!

Together, we can make these moments as special as the students we're celebrating.

Thank you for supporting our students, our school, and our Parent Association! 🍿🎓🎉

Small Treats. Big Smiles. Lasting Memories. ❤️

OWN 2 is one of three (soon to be four) family focused charter schools in Queens, NY run by the Our World Neighborhood non-profit organization. The CEO Brian Ferguson is completely committed to our students and the principal Nicole Griffin is an amazing role model for students and staff alike. Although she is new to the school, she is making an active effort to know each student and family by name.

All of our teachers and staff are wonderful. Our teachers make sure the students are growing up with a love for learning while the rest of the staff keeps operations running like a well oiled machine.
