At Resilience Center of Franklin County (RCFC, formerly NELCWIT), we know that violence does not discriminate - it can affect people of any gender, sexuality, religion, race, ability, socioeconomic status, and immigration status. Interpersonal violence impacts not just the survivors who face the task of healing and rebuilding their lives, but also the family members, friends, and community members who respond to the enduring impacts of abuse. Though our capacities may vary, we all share the responsibility of stopping violence and, more importantly, we have the collective ability to do so.

As an agency, RCFC provides direct responses to survivor needs while also working within the community to educate and prevent abuse from occurring. Our mission is to build a violence-free community that not only empowers people to make the best choices for themselves, but also serves as an essential resource for mutual aid, best practices, and stronger, more supportive networks for change and healing.
