For this year's Senior Game on October 15, 2021, Ossining is proud to Play 4 the Cure.
Last year, we raised $925 for the National Foundation for Cancer Research and hope to surpass our goal this year with your support! ALL donations will go directly to the National Foundation for Cancer Research.
"We have all been affected by cancer or know those who have been. Make the decision to Play4 them. Make the decision to help NFCR pave the way to finding a cure. Together, playing for ALL CANCERS, ALL COLORS and through ALL SPORTS, we will make a difference."
At Ossining High School, this is why we Play4theCure:
I would like to play for all those who were affected by breast cancer.
I will be playing for my grandpa.
I play for my grandmother.
I am playing in memory of my Aunt Amy.
I play for my grandma who had breast cancer.
For my grandma.
Because kids fade away when they have to deal with the physical and mental pain of something like cancer, and I don't want my friends to fade away.
For my mother who had breast cancer when I was younger.
For my grandma.
I play for my grandfather and my best friend.
I will be coaching in memory of my best friend's dad, Marc Sloane, and in honor of my aunts.
