Greetings, I am Dontaeva Acklin.

I am from Madison, Wisconsin, and I attend UW Onward Odyssey. My dream is to become the best version of myself every day while building Twisted Tae, a unique space that blends a bar with a vegan restaurant—a place where people can connect, unwind, and nourish their bodies. But my vision doesn’t stop there.

I also plan to own a yoga studio, expand my juicing business, and continue my journey of self-sustainability by learning to grow my own food and healing herbs. My passion for yoga, health, grounding, and continuous learning fuels everything I do, and I am committed to using these skills to give back to my community. More than anything, I want to bring my community with me, creating opportunities and inspiring others to embrace self-sufficiency and holistic well-being.

The 2025 Dream Experience will provide me with mentorship, resources, and knowledge to turn my dreams into reality. It will allow me to grow as a leader, expand my network, and gain insights that will help my community and me evolve together.
