PA Inclusive supports people with disabilities live and work on their own terms. We provide personalized services and supports through the ID Waiver system, empowering individuals to make choices that reflect their goals, values, and independence.

We believe people with disabilities deserve equal wages and that meaningful work is essential to an inclusive life. Our team focuses on finding sustainable employment and entrepreneurial opportunities, helping each person contribute to their community and thrive in a role that fits their strengths.

Through our Transition programs, we help students prepare for life after high school by supporting employment exploration, skill development, and post-graduation plans in collaboration with the student and their school district.

Founded on the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to live and work inclusively, PA Inclusive offers job training, employment, community living, housing, and individualized support services that make this possible. Our Habilitation and Companionship Services ensure that people can live where they choose, with the supports they need and the respect they deserve.
