Help build the next chapter of care.

Nine Lives Cat Lounge has evolved into The Valley Cat Sanctuary, a program of Higher Society. Our next chapter is taking shape in Southwest Missouri.

This campaign supports sanctuary construction and expansion. Our working plan focuses on three areas:

Safe care spaces: enclosed areas, isolation space, and surfaces designed for cleaning.
Essential utilities: water, sanitation, electrical systems, heating, cooling, and ventilation.
Equipment and daily-care facilities: laundry, care equipment, and secure storage.

We're defining the first phase and gathering quotes. The scope and timing will depend on funding, site requirements, and necessary approvals. An opening date and future cat capacity have not been established.

Construction and ongoing care have separate fundraising campaigns. To help with food, litter, veterinary care, and daily needs, please use the Everyday Care Fund: https://givebutter.com/nineliveslifelinefund.

The sanctuary remains in development. Visits and volunteering are by arrangement, and animal intakes are paused. A construction gift does not mean the sanctuary is open or ready to accept additional cats.

Thank you for helping us work toward a safe, practical home for the sanctuary's next chapter.
