Working with over 90 schools across Massachusetts, Mass Insight's AP STEM & English program provides educators with the training, support, networking and other resources to help students – especially low-income and students of color – succeed in AP STEM & English classes.

Educational equity, student resiliency, and academic achievement don’t happen in a vacuum – they are cultivated and curated by the remarkable work of great teachers. Every lesson, every long day spent taking the time to ensure that students are prepared for what lies ahead, our Commonwealth’s teachers are modeling our society’s aspirations for a change toward the better. This unyielding effort and immeasurable impact warrant a level of recognition that is too often unmet – and we can't do it without your help.

Our program works with over 250 teachers, combining world-class professional development with individual and small group support that builds pedagogy, strengthens professional networks, and provides resources for amplifying equity of opportunity and outcome. Through your support, we will:

Create Community: Isolation leads to burnout, and AP teachers are especially vulnerable to this. Your donation helps us build communities by giving teachers an opportunity to build their professional networks and a sense of camaraderie so that they never feel "alone on an island."
