We have 10 weeks to clean and repair more than 200 school instruments before students return to school. We need your help.

Across Peoria and the tri-county area, school music programs are bursting with potential, but the trumpets have stuck valves, the clarinets have torn pads, and some instruments have been silent for years. They're not hopeless, they just need a little work. Unfortunately, many local schools don't have repair costs in their budgets.

Through the Summer Tune-up 2026, the Peoria Instrument Project will repair and clean more than 200 instruments for underfunded school music programs putting sanitary, working, playable instruments back in students' hands to start the new year.

Your gift funds repairs done by local technicians. They'll be busy repairing dents, replacing pads and corks, and making other repairs to ensure instruments play their best. And, we make sure that instruments and mouthpieces are sanitized and ready for the next student. Every dollar goes directly to the work.
