Maintenance and Repairs ($54,000): Ensure the safety and longevity of the home by fixing the roof, gutters, and chimney, as well as upgrading outdoor spaces like the yard and deck.

Energy-Efficient Upgrades ($75,000): Modernize heating, cooling, and electrical systems to keep PLP a leading demonstration site for sustainable living. We’ll also repair solar panels and charging stations to maintain cutting-edge technologies.
