We are dedicated to the advancement of Latinas by providing scholarships, specialized programs, tools and resources to accelerate their professional growth and build confident leaders with a pathway to financial security.

Our mission is to lead, encourage, and advocate for Latinas to support the rapid growth of Latina students, business owners, and professionals and reduce the LATINA PAY GAP to narrow the generational and societal wealth gap.
