Adrienne, a lifelong native of Atlanta, has always possessed the entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed. Despite facing personal and financial hardships as a single parent, she remained steadfast and focused on providing for her family. As a part of a marginalized community, Adrienne often lacked the basic resources necessary to thrive, but her determination led her to find innovative ways to give back. She channeled her experiences into a small tax and consulting business, offering valuable services to others facing similar challenges.

Her personal journey ignited a passion to serve her community in a deeper way. Adrienne’s vision for helping others grew, and she soon recognized the importance of not just providing services but creating a system of support that could reach beyond the confines of a single business or building. This vision led to the creation of P.O.W.E.R Atlanta, Inc.—an organization committed to empowering individuals and families in underserved communities throughout Atlanta.

The Power On Wheels Initiative: Bringing Help Directly to the People

Building on the momentum of the organization’s success, in 2024, P.O.W.E.R Atlanta, Inc. launched the Power On Wheels Initiative. This innovative mobile support unit was designed to bring vital resources directly to the people who need them most. Through Power On Wheels, we can now deliver food, clothing, hygiene products, and more, directly to underserved neighborhoods, eliminating transportation barriers that often prevent access to crucial services.
