Today, we are one of the leading providers of training in the 911 industry, offering leadership development and empowerment for the people who answer the call when it matters most.

We envision an industry where women in 911 have expanded pathways to career advancement, leadership, and personal growth. Built by women with lived experience in the profession, 911der Women creates opportunities for every woman to reach her fullest potential through education, mentorship, peer support, and connection. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, 911der Women provides programs that directly support and uplift women in the 911 profession, including scholarships for professional certifications, free and low cost virtual and in person training, leadership and career development programs, mental health and wellness education, a national Empower Conference, networking opportunities across the country, and platforms like our Her Voice blog and Empower Panel podcast that elevate stories and conversations often left unheard. We also recognize excellence through monthly and annual awards and provide a community that offers connection and support like never before.
