Thank you for your interest in joining this year's Darke County Pride Line-Up! We're so excited you'll be joining us! In order to create the best experience for you and all involved, there are a few key details and items to go over.

Set-Up, Event and Tear-Down

Darke County Pride will be held at Shawnee Prairie in Greenville, OH on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025 from 12:00-6:00pm. Set-up is between 9:00am and 11:00am, and we ask that all booths are ready to go by 11:30am. Tear-down begins at 6:00pm, and we ask that tear-down is complete by 7:30pm.

Exhibitor space includes a 10X10 area, and we ask that you please provide your own tent, tables, chairs and supplies. We will strive to place your booth in area that allows your booth to shine and for you to enjoy the festivities! We will have our final layout and park map by July 25, 2025.

Darke County Pride is a "rain or shine" event. In the event of a Tornado Warning or higher, or if the Darke County Sheriff's department issues Level 1 snow closure for Darke County, the event will be cancelled.

The Center is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, and there are no refunds after registration is received. In the event Darke County Pride must be cancelled, the Center will reach out to discuss rescheduling or other opportunities to have a booth.

Family-Friendly Event

We value our incredible partners and the amazing products, programs and services they offer. For this event, to ensure the enjoyment of all participants, we do ask that all booth materials be all-ages, family-friendly, and rated G. Specifically, profanity, hate speech, anti-LGBTQ+ sentiment, racism, sexism, nudity, violence, sexually provocative or inuendo-based products or materials, or otherwise adult-only materials are not permitted. Exceptions may be made for health and wellness and reproductive health materials with Center Board review. Arts, crafts, education, community organizations, and highlighting your amazing programs, products and services are 100% encouraged.

Indemnity, Waiver and Legal

There are inherent risks to any partnership, including having a booth at Darke County Pride. By signing up to participate at this event, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the LGBTQ+ Community Center of Darke Center, its board, staff, contractors, volunteers or assigns for any actions, or causes of actions, seen or unforeseen, up to and including death, that could arise from your participation. You further agree you are solely responsible for your personal or professional property, the outcomes of your participation (positive or negative), and that you have any and all appropriate licenses, permits, and insurance (if applicable).
