Join us for our Third Quarter Halyburton Park Cleanup of 2026! Since 2019, 4,431 pounds of trash has been removed from around Halyburton Park. Earning 177 trees for Plastic Ocean Project's Trees4Trash initiative.

Where: Halyburton Park (4099 S 17th Street, Wilmington, NC)

When: September 1st, from 3pm to 5pm

All clean up supplies (gloves, grabbers, safety vests, buckets and reusable bags) will be provided by Plastic Ocean Project.

Note: Any volunteer under the age of 16 is REQUIRED to be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Plastic Ocean Project's Activity Waiver and Liability Release Form. You will be prompted during the sign up to digitally sign the waiver.

**A hard copy of the Liability waiver is required to be signed in person before participating in the cleanup
