This session features a gentle Down Regulation & Regeneration journey — ideal for anyone, including those new to breathwork, navigating health considerations, or simply needing a softer, more nurturing reset. With guided breath, Reiki healing, immersive 9D soundscapes, and subconscious integration tools like hypnotherapy and visualization, you'll be lovingly supported every step of the way.

And just when your heart is cracked open in the best way… you’ll be invited to integrate your journey with the unconditional love of 8-week-old puppies. Because sometimes, healing looks like breathwork — and sometimes, it looks like tiny paws and puppy cuddles.

From 12–2 PM, our ticketed private breathwork session will take place inside the Yoga Barn, followed by time to unwind and co-regulate with adoptable puppies. (sign up coming soon)
Also from 12–2 PM, the public is invited to join us outside of the Yoga Barn — right next to the scenic B&A Trail — to meet CHARM Rescue and a few of our adoptable dogs. The beloved and delicious Coffee Trailer will be open until 1 PM, so stop by for a matcha, lemonade, or coffee while supporting a cause that gives second chances to four-legged souls.

This journey is limited to 12 souls ready to breathe, heal, and receive — alongside the healing presence of our animal companions.

What to Bring & Know

We will be laying down for the breathwork journey, so please bring:

A yoga mat
A small pillow
A blanket (or light covering for added comfort)

There will be a few extra blankets, bolsters, and yoga mats available if needed—but supplies are limited, so it’s best to bring your own if possible.

New eye masks will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Headsets will be provided for use during the journey.
Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
An optional journal is encouraged for post-session reflections.

And last but not least, please come with an open heart and an open mind.

A gentle note: Our puppy guests will be just 8 weeks old! They are soft, sweet… and still learning. Be prepared for a little mess, some playful nibbling, and plenty of heart-melting moments. We promise it’s worth it.

Chesapeake Animal Rescue Mission (CHARM) is a Maryland-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to saving the lives of at-risk animals through rescue, medical care, behavioral support, and adoption services.

Originally founded as the Animal Welfare Society of Howard County (AWSHC) in 1944—and officially established as a nonprofit in 1951—our organization has a long-standing legacy of advocacy and care for animals in need. In 2025, we rebranded as CHARM to reflect our renewed vision and commitment to growth, transparency, and community impact.

Today, we offer a range of lifesaving programs including foster and adoption placements, positive-reinforcement training, and accessible veterinary care in progress like low-cost vaccinations. We’re also rebuilding our shelter facility to expand our impact and offer a safe, healing space for homeless pets throughout the region.

Together with our passionate volunteers, fosters, and donors, we’re creating a more compassionate world—one rescued life at a time.
