The Bellows Falls Community Bike Project is celebrating 10 years of service to the people of southeastern Vermont!

OUR MISSION is to provide the Greater Falls community a space for all to access bicycles, learn bike repair and safe riding skills.

The efforts of our mechanics and community volunteers help to keep older bicycles and parts out of the landfill and get them back into the hands of happy bikers. We provide much needed affordable transportation for people to get to work and around town, including many unhoused folks and refugee families.

In addition to providing affordable refurbished bicycles and repairs to the community, we teach bike repair skills to youth and adults, and have fun summer riding programs for area youth.

Our Duet Wheelchair Bike rides provide an opportunity for local seniors and people with physical challenges to get out in the fresh air and ride around the neighborhoods.

By supporting our mission, you'll help us to keep these valuable services operating and expanding!

How the Virtual Fundraiser Works:

This is not a group ride, so once you register online, set your fundraising and riding goals and spread the word, then you can
ride whenever, wherever and with whomever you want!

To Register as a Rider, click on the "Join the Team" button and complete your info.
Customize your fundraising page, set your challenge goal, begin fundraising and ride!

Set Your Cycling Challenge Goal: Try to set a goal that challenges you at whatever level you are. Perhaps you would like to ride a long distance of 25, 50 or 100 miles. Or maybe your goal is to ride as many miles as you can over a 30-day period or to ride up a mountain. For the indoor cyclists, time to get on the spin bike and start pedaling - indoor biking counts too!!!

Recruit others riders to participate with you!
Friends, family, the kids, and co-workers can join you in-person or virtually from anywhere in the world.

Fundraise:

To begin fundraising, go to "Share and Manage" on your personal page.
Raise $250 or more and receive a BF Bike Project t-shirt.
In addition, the top three fundraisers will receive $100 in BF Bike Project Credit.

Ride: Air up your tires and get ready to roll! Complete your challenge ride anytime before September 5, 2023 and bask in the sweet success of reaching your goal and helping to support the Bike Project.
