Right now, pets languish and face death in shelters or struggle to survive without homes despite phenomenal efforts on the part of our dedicated animal welfare agencies. Dogs and cats that nobody wants or can’t afford to care for are disposed of on the streets, leaving rescues and shelters full and overburdened. No animal deserves this.

At PetFix Northeast Ohio we believe that by simply taking a pro-active stand we can reduce the number of animals born, to a number we can care for responsibly. Our high-quality, affordable services make spay and neuter surgeries accessible to everyone.

Together, we ARE making an impact on pet-overpopulation and its tragic consequences. Since we launched our services in 2006, PetFix has performed more than 128,000 surgeries. That, in and of itself, is an amazing number. But each animal we spay or neuter prevents an average of six unwanted births in the first breeding season alone. That means that we have saved well over half a million animals from struggling to survive on the streets or being needlessly euthanized because there aren’t enough homes.

But we aren’t resting on our laurels. As long as there are more animals, than there are owners to care for them, our work isn’t done. Will you join us?
