Show us your Pigtown Pride!

Citizens of Pigtown along with South Baltimore Gateway Partnership are working to replace the mural at the east gateway (sa well as other gateways) to Pigtown! As you may recall, our beloved pig mural was lost when the wall at Barre and Washington had to be repaired due to leaks. Fortunately, we have secured some grant funding to create new entrance murals.

We are looking at several new locations—at various entrances to Pigtown and high traffic areas—for our Gateway Mural Project. Our collaborative team has already raised almost $15k towards three new gateway murals but we estimate the total project to be closer to $30k. At this time, we are looking to raise another $5k and we need your help! That’s only 100 donations of $50 or 50 donations of $100!

Locations for the murals are being scouted. One mural design is already underway for Ostend and Washington!
