💫 Turn Your Workout Into a Force for Change

This Giving Tuesday, 3-2-1 Empower and Bodyrok Santa Monica are joining forces for a very special 3-2-1 Empower pilates class on Saturday, December 6th at 2 PM.

3-2-1 Empower.org began with a group of courageous young women in Mumbai, India, who had been rescued from human trafficking and placed in a safe house. Founder Ramona Braganza an LA-based celebrity trainer whose clients include Jessica Alba and Halle Berry, saw an opportunity to help these girls rebuild their confidence through movement.

What started as simple fitness classes grew into a life-changing program. In time, 20 young women graduated with fitness trainer certifications, ready to begin new, independent lives. But just as they were set to start working in local gyms, the pandemic struck.

Undeterred, Ramona and her board expanded 3-2-1 Empower’s mission to the United States, partnering with safe homes to provide online fitness training and mentorship. Today, the organization continues to help survivors of trafficking transform their pain into power—training them to become fitness professionals and role models for others.
