Pumpkin Run 5K and One Mile

By registering to run in either the 5K or One Mile race, I hereby waive all claims against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, County of Montgomery, State Trail, the PA Tourette Syndrome Alliance, sponsors, volunteers or representatives for any injury that I may suffer at this event or any disease I may contract. I attest that I am physically fit and prepared for this event. I grant full permission for organizers to use photographs and quotes from me in legitimate accounts and promotions of this event in the future.

The two best costumes will win vouchers from Beat the Bomb Philly ($150 value) to be presented after the race awards!
Vouchers allow a team of 4-6 to schedule a time to "Beat the Bomb". So dust off those costumes!
