We are so excited for you to join us at our THIRD annual Pheasant Shoot fundraiser for the Phoenix Roasters Foundation. We know it hasn’t been long since some of you last saw us, but we wanted to move this event back to March so that more of our friends who support our foundation have the opportunity to attend. We hope you will consider coming back to see us on March 29th and bring a friend! Be sure to read below about our special entry fee this year.

ENTRY FEE

Entry for this year is $2,000/shooter; if you bring a friend, co-worker, client, or hunting buddy, it’s BOGO 50% off their fee. Your entry fee is tax-deductible, and you will receive an End-Of-Year Statement.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our dear friend Jeff Foxworthy will host our event again this year. Everyone will be able to meet him, hang out with him at one of the shooting stations, and take their photo with Jeff.

No bird goes to waste. You can take your fully feathered birds home or have them dressed for an additional charge ($2 per bird). So don't forget your cooler!

Breakfast, along with Phoenix Roasters coffee and lunch, will be provided. Snacks and drinks will also be provided and available during the shoot. Our founder, Brian Holland, is smoking some of his famous mouth-watering brisket for lunch, so you’ll want to hang around for that.

Please arrive at 8:00 a.m. for registration and breakfast. The safety brief will begin at 8:45 a.m., and the shoot will commence at 9:00 a.m. We will post you in pairs this year at the rotating shooting stations.

THE FOUNDATION

Phoenix Roasters Foundation is currently partnering with coffee farmers in Panama, Guatemala, and Mexico, which are among the best coffee-growing regions in the world. We partner directly with farmers who have a heart for their communities, and together, we work to bring dignified hope and relief through jobs, affordable housing, education, medical care, and church planting.
