Every JAAAM program begins with a foundational belief:

That’s why all students in our programs participate in a short, focused academic session before joining any athletic or arts activity.
Whether it’s math tutoring before volleyball, or a reading group before a dance class—our message is clear:
Knowledge is power. And it should be accessible to everyone.

Executive Director – William Fee

William Fee is the Founder and Executive Director of the Jamesburg Academic, Arts, and Athletics Mission (JAAAM) Foundation. With over 19 years of experience as an educator and community leader, Mr. Fee has dedicated his career to creating equitable opportunities for youth participation. A longtime teacher in the Jamesburg Public Schools, he brings deep insight into the academic, social, and emotional needs of his students.

Under his leadership, JAAAM was founded to provide opportunites in education, athletics, and the arts—ensuring that every child has a chance to succeed.. His vision and passion drive the foundation’s mission:
