Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just finding your stride, this is a space to challenge yourself and grow — at your own pace, surrounded by good energy.

Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, guided interval training, and a community cool-down. Led by our run captains and supported by your crew, Track Nights help you tap into consistency, accountability, and joy in motion.

Come as you are. Leave stronger, faster, and more connected. All levels welcome.

SCHEDULE

Every Saturday will be our long run. On 11/15, we'll all be running a 5K and meet at The WalkGood Yard. All paces are welcome.

Every Wednesday, join us for track nights. 7PM at Caroline Coleman Stadium.

Our RunGood programs this season (from November to March) are designed to compliment each other. RSVP for any run at walkgoodla.org.
