The City is looking for partners to bring forth our vision of a premier multi-generational facility to serve the area’s senior population and youth at 515 Quincy Street.

Envision a building where seniors can come not just to eat lunch but to join in a walking group in the gymnasium, partner with our youth for arts and crafts, take a mobility class, read books with area children, work on puzzles in the lounge while enjoying some coffee or play a game of bridge. Our vision is a multi-generational facility where both the young and old can thrive, create relationships and maintain healthy lives together.

The City of Onalaska has committed $4,500,000 to construct the Community Center project. In order to complete the project and ensure that senior programming can remain free for years to come the City is raising an additional $2,000,000. Every dollar donated will help accomplish the goals and fulfill the needs of the community. The City of Onalaska is asking for your support to assist in the revitalization of the Community Center! As part of this revitalization, the City in collaboration with the Lion's Club is also raising funds for the corresponding all-abilities playground that will be housed at the site. The completion of these two projects will give families with all abilities recreational space that is both indoor and outdoor!
