The Cody Dieruf Foundation was formed in March of 2006 in honor of Cody Dieruf, who passed away from Cystic Fibrosis at 23 years old. We assist families with our three programs, which include:

Medical/Travel: Helping with travel expenses, copays, and insurance deductibles related to specialty treatment and care.
REC & FIT: Offering Recreation and Fitness Scholarships for health-related activities.
An annual Mothers Retreat called “We Walk Together” that brings emotional support for mothers of children and adults living with CF.
The Extenuating Circumstances program, which offers financial assistance for unexpected emergencies. This program can help cover costs such as rent, mortgage payments, food, and utilities.
