During this time, we've proudly generated employment opportunities and provided enriching experiences for our Spectrum family. Today, our mission is more focused than ever: to extend our impact beyond job creation and empower even more members of our autism spectrum community to unlock their full potential. Simultaneously, we aim to assist local businesses in recognizing the extraordinary talents and teamwork skills these individuals bring to the workforce.

Empower Center for Growth will not be just an ordinary community center; it's a place of hope and empowerment. Our mission is to provide a nurturing environment where young adults on the autism spectrum can acquire vital skills and knowledge to succeed in the workforce as well as in your community. We are committed to offering a range of vocational training programs uniquely tailored to their needs, focusing on practical skills development, experiential learning, and hands-on training. We will also offer social and life skills in a relaxed fun environment.

In the Tri Cities, WA area, there is a noticeable gap in services for young adults on the autism spectrum who have aged out of high school and lost the support and direction they once had. This leaves them in a vulnerable position and their families in distress.

📊 Our Vision for Change:

Recent statistics reveal that approximately 1 in 44 children in the United States is diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). While these individuals often possess remarkable talents, they frequently face significant challenges in traditional educational settings, particularly in socialization, communication, and sensory processing. This results in a struggle to find meaningful employment or being underemployed.
