Next week, from October 3rd through October 6th, I will be one of 100+ intrepid cyclists embarking on Ride Allegheny24, a 310-mile trek from Pittsburgh to Washington, DC, to raise money for Operation Second Chance. We hope to continue Ride Allegheny's track record of success as we aim to raise more than $500,000 for OSC and the tremendous work they do. The incredible support OSC provides to our service men and women and their families in their greatest time of need is awe-inspiring. OSCs founder, Cindy McGrew, sums it up best when stating: "While the wars overseas may be winding down, the war is never over for these wounded soldiers and marines."
