This year, the Recurrent Pregnancy Loss Association (RPLA) invites you to join us as we move Forward Together to advance recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) care and research.

Proposed NIH funding cuts threaten to slow research at institutions studying pregnancy and reproductive health. For a condition that already receives far too little attention, these cuts risk pushing answers even further out of reach for the RPL community.

We are committed to making sure progress doesn't slow. We have BIG plans for 2026 and we need your help to achieve them. Every dollar you give directly fuels:

The relaunch of our RPL Community Registry, which will turn lived experience into data that can drive discovery.
Our scientific research grant which funds projects that advance our understanding of the causes of RPL.
Provider education initiatives that promote compassionate, evidence-based care for families who’ve endured the unimaginable.
Community support programs that ensure that those struggling to grow their families are supported in their grief and have the tools and information to navigate their RPL journey.
Advocacy and awareness efforts highlighting the full impact of RPL on the lives of individuals and families it touches.
