REPS & STEPS for a Cause is bringing the community together again for our signature Pride Month event - 5th Annual Rainbow Relay! This year, we’re raising awareness and funds to directly support Young: Equal, a nonprofit dedicated to creating safe, affirming spaces where LGBTQ+ teens and young adults can connect, create, and thrive.

OUR FUNDRAISING GOAL:

Our goal is to raise, $4,000+ for Young: Equal to empower LGBTQ+ teens and young adults through community-building events and creative outlets. Your support will directly fund these programs, including 2 incredible upcoming events:

October’s Craft Corner: A cozy, creative space where the LGBTQ+ teens, young adults, and allies can come together for a movie night and resource fair brought to life by LGBTQ+ nonprofits and ally businesses. This event encourages self-expression through art, builds friendships, and fosters connection in a welcoming, affirming atmosphere.
December’s HoliGay Celebration: A joyful, inclusive holiday gathering filled with affirming resources, supportive community, and festive cheer—designed to ensure LGBTQ+ teens and young adults feel seen, supported, and celebrated during the holiday season!

HOW TO JOIN RAINBOW RELAY:

REP & STEP IT OUT on Friday, June 27th from 5:30 - 8:30pm at Orangetheory Fitness - West Flamingo (4245 South Grand Canyon Dr. Las Vegas, NV 89147)!

Sign Up as a Team of 3 OR register solo and we’ll assign you to a team!
Registration Fee: $45 online ticket per individual / $135 per team
Must be 14 or older to participate in OTF Workout.
Show up in your favorite Pride gear and bring your energy.

You can still join the movement! Attend a Charity Workout at one of our partner gyms across the valley throughout June.

We are grateful for Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) West Flamingo for hosting & sponsoring our REPS for a Cause for the 3rd year. OTF is a science-backed, technology-tracked, and coach-inspired group workout designed to produce results from the inside out. Each class combines cardio, strength, and endurance, ensuring a full-body workout at your own pace. OTF’s dedication to community inclusion and wellness makes them the perfect home for Rainbow Relay.

Young: Equal is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with chapters in Las Vegas and Chicago. Their mission is to empower LGBTQ+ individuals ages 13–24 by fostering belonging, confidence, and pride through advocacy, education, inclusive events and resource-based programming.

OUR RAINBOW RELAY IMPACT:

For the past four years, our Annual Rainbow Relay has brought together allies and advocates to support Southern Nevada’s LGBTQ+ community through movement, celebration, and collective giving:

2021 – $1,000 for Golden Rainbow, assisting individuals living with HIV/AIDS in Southern NV
2022 – $2,500 for Golden Rainbow, providing 6 months of rent & utilities to a client in need
2023 – $3,000 for The Pride Tree, awarding 7+ LGBTQ+ youth & allies with Summer Camp scholarships
2024 – $6,770 for Aid for AIDS of Nevada, giving 33 clients 30 days of utility assistance

This year, we continue the tradition with even more heart, community, and purpose. Let’s keep the momentum going!
