Terms and Conditions - Date & Time * Organizations in the Community Room will be allowed entry to the event space starting at 8am on Saturday March 1, 2025. Clean up starts at 2:30pm. Please be prepared to navigate stairs or an elevator to get to/from the room with your materials.

Terms and Conditions - Zero Waste * This is a Zero Waste Event. You may only give out items that are compostable. Please do not bring anything wrapped in plastic.

Terms and Conditions - Signatures * Our event is designed for bringing the community together around real seeds, real food, and real skills. To keep the focus on that purpose, solicitation of signatures for political purposes is prohibited at this event.

Terms and Conditions - Sales * Per venue rules, booths are not allowed to sell items at this event. However, if you have a product, CSA, or offering for sale, you can have information on how to sign up or how they can purchase your products elsewhere!
