Billy is a big handsome Nubian goat with a heart filled with love. A gentle soul, he likes to cuddle up with his friends Napoleon and Marky.
It was not always so easy for Billy. Almost nothing is known about his life before Lawrence Animal Control in Massachusetts pulled him (and Marky) from a backyard butchering operation in November of 2016 and took him to the MSPCA Nevins in Massachusetts.
He was about 5 years old, thin and unneutered. If you had met him now, you would not have known he was shy at first (and he is certainly no longer thin!). He has a beautiful smile (did you know goats don’t have front incisor top teeth at all?). Billy, Marky and Napoleon came to Unity Farm Sanctuary the day we finalized the purchase of the Sanctuary land. Gentle handling and lots of love have transformed him into a big loving friend to all!
Your support will provide Billy with a forever home, food, and endless love.
