Vital Grace "Resilience Dinners" are monthly events that bring together cancer survivors and those currently in treatment to share their experiences, offer support, and provide encouragement to one another. The purpose of these dinners is to help develop resilience in the face of the physical, emotional, and psychological challenges that often accompany cancer treatment and recovery.

Cancer survivors may experience a range of emotions, such as fear, anxiety, depression, and stress, as they adjust to life after cancer. Resilience Dinners provide a safe space for survivors and current patients alike to connect with others who have gone through similar experiences, discuss their challenges, and learn coping strategies from one another.
