Hey guys! On May 26th I’ll be participating in the Green Beret Project Ruck Challenge and taking on a 50 mile overnight ruck to raise money for the Green Beret Project. For those that aren’t familiar, GBP is a non-profit organization that helps 200+kids/teens (some that I have personally met) growing up in extreme poverty by coaching them day in and day out after school and on weekends in areas of need. Using formal and informal mentorship, the GBP youth receive opportunities to show they are dependable through service projects, regular attendance, and responsible behavior. The adult cadre of the organization monitor youth’s grades, behavior and home life to assist and support parents/guardians in keeping kids in school and on-track to graduate. I’ve participated in numerous events and activities with these kids and this organization and would greatly appreciate your support for this awesome cause!
