5K Run will start at approximately 8:15 after the Kids Fun Run.

We will have a volunteer on a bike and signs at each turn set out prior to the race to ensure the race course is well marked and easy to follow.

The kids have a mini course around the lake to encourage a love of running! Kids will run at 8am to kick off our morning. 

Katie Jackson from Fuel for Impact will kick us off with some family stretches!

Build your child's love for running!  We will warm up together and then let the kids loose to race around the lake!
