This flexible event allows you to complete your 5K at your favorite park, around your neighborhood, or even while meeting up with friends. Whether you choose to run, walk, roll, or bike, this event is designed to fit into your schedule and at your leisure. Tag the Spirit Club Foundation in your post, and we will give you a great big shout out! All participants can receive a medal upon completing their 5K. Limited number of participant medals available.
