PHASE ONE: Sponsoring James to Become a Doctor

Through the story, you will understand how James became the bridge connecting Dr. Lane Rolling’s legacy and decades of locally-led Peruvian service work through TPaida (a Peruvian non-profit) and Warrior Retreats. It is also the foundation for the future of SEVA Medicine Collective (an American soon to be non-profit).

To be clear - we are not building something new from scratch. We are building upon something that already exists and increasing its capacity to create impact. James is the bridge helping carry this work forward.

WHERE FUNDS ARE GOING

Building SEVA Medicine Collective will take time, and our goal is to help James return to medical school by July 2026.

This $68,000 fundraiser includes:

$60,000 - This funds 2 out the 5 years for James to finish medical school. This not only covers tuition, but the livelihood of his 2 kids, wife and mother. SEVA Medicine Collective is committed to sponsoring the remaining 3 out of 5 years.
$8,000 + any funds raised beyond this goal
Will go directly toward locally led healthcare initiatives in Peru as SEVA establishes its roots. This includes foundational support for three identified satellite Amazon villages where SEVA plans to establish future mobile health clinics, as well as any projects identified during SEVA’s Peru visit in June 2026.
