Return to Center: A full-day retreat designed to guide you gently back to yourself. Through yoga, meditation, art therapy, nature immersion, sound healing, sauna and cold plunge rituals, and restorative solo time, you’ll reconnect with your body, breath, and inner voice.

Paired with the contrast therapy of PONDR sauna.

We will hold space for deeper inquiry while the large trees will tower above, offering silence to hear answers. The stars will provide a moment to pause and gaze, unless blanketed by clouds. Fire in the sauna and bonfire will help to ignite intentions, and release self imposed limitations. Retreat with us to Star Forest Stay, where we will immerse ourselves in nature with compassionate community, meditation and reflective art making.

ABOUT STAR FOREST STAY - A NEW BRIDGE TOWARDS HEALING

In late 2022 Alexander Vlachos and Karianne Spens-Hanna found a cabin home in Port Austin, MI. The intention is to have an additional grounding space close enough to Detroit but far enough to understand the immeasurable solace and healing that nature provides. Star Forest Stay is a place that will offer private guided retreat programs for future short/mid term stay artists that will reside at the Greater Impact House.

In order to raise awareness of the space, Alexander and Karianne are offering private community retreats.

Limited Private Retreats will be planned every August (Summer) and February (Winter).

The private lightly guided retreats will maintain the efforts of providing accessibility and remain sober, drug, alcohol, vape + smoke free.
