Help support the Special Olympics Texas Revelators as they fundraise to continue their Special Olympics Texas Journey!

The Revelators are a new Special Olympics Texas delegation in the North Region, officially started in May 2026 with a simple but powerful mission: to create opportunities for athletes to compete, grow, and be celebrated for who they are.

Though we are beginning with four athletes, our vision is much bigger. The Revelators exists to bring awareness, encouragement, and support to athletes with intellectual and developmental disabilities while helping build a community where every athlete has the chance to experience teamwork, confidence, friendship, and the joy of competition.

Special Olympics reminds us through its powerful oath: “Let me win. But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt.” That spirit is at the heart of The Revelators. We believe every athlete deserves the opportunity to be brave, to be seen, to be supported, and to know that their effort matters.

As our delegation grows, we hope to welcome more athletes, families, volunteers, and supporters who want to be part of something meaningful from the very beginning. Every step forward helps us build a place where athletes are not only included, but honored, encouraged, and given the opportunity to shine.

Funds raised through this page will help remove financial barriers for athletes participating with The Revelators, a new Special Olympics Texas delegation in the North Region of Texas. As we begin with our first athletes, these donations will help cover essential costs such as competition fees, travel, lodging, meals, uniforms, equipment, and other expenses needed for athletes to train, compete, and represent their delegation with pride.

Our goal is to ensure every athlete has the opportunity to participate fully, regardless of their financial situation. Every gift helps create a meaningful Special Olympics experience where athletes can build confidence, celebrate their abilities, form friendships, and experience the joy of competition.

The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
