Hi, I’m Ginger Morris, and for the past 20 years, I’ve had the honor of leading Summer Stock Austin — a place where young artists discover their voices, build confidence, and create lifelong memories. It’s more than just a summer program; it’s a launching pad for talent, a safe space for self-discovery, and a true community built on trust, mentorship, and artistic excellence.

Summer Stock Austin was born out of the simple but powerful idea that every young person should have access to professional-quality theatre training — regardless of their ability to pay. We’ve stayed true to that mission, offering tuition-free opportunities to high school and college students across Austin and beyond. But the truth is, this work is only possible because of generous people like you.

We need to raise over $100,000 to fully support our program — to pay our staff, rent our spaces, provide equipment, cover royalties, and ensure our students receive the kind of experience that changes lives.
