A group of everyday dads in Singapore — mates, fathers, weekend warriors — coming together to do something extraordinary. We are STUDS: Support Through United Dad Strength.

At STUDS, we believe in sacrifice, sweat, and strength — not just in pursuit of our own goals, but to lift others up. That’s why we’ve partnered with a charity that has embodied these same values for the past 22 years.

At Caring for Cambodia (CFC), sacrifice, sweat, and strength are more than just words — they’re a way of life, rooted in a mission to transform lives through education.

Together, we’re trading comfort for a cause and pushing our bodies to the limit to raise USD$100,000 for CFC. Every step we take brings us closer to giving more Cambodian children access to life-changing education and the chance to build a brighter future.

Our Mission

We’re aiming to raise S$100,000 by the end of 2025 — and we’re not doing it the easy way.

Throughout the year, STUDS will train for and participate in a series of punishing endurance events, with our headline challenge being the Laguna Phuket Triathlon, a world-renowned test of grit happening in late 2025.

We’re swapping:

Sundaes for swims
Laksa for lycra
Beers for brutal runs

All in the name of something bigger than ourselves.

The Cause

Caring for Cambodia is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation dedicated to changing lives through education. CFC supports over 6,800 children across 21 schools, from preschool through high school, providing:

Free, quality education
Safe, modern school environments
Teacher training and leadership development
Nutritious meals and health support
Technology and learning tools

Cambodia is still healing from the lasting impacts of the Khmer Rouge genocide, which devastated its people, institutions, and economy. Even today, many communities face deep poverty, and the average monthly income remains low — around $250 USD — making basic needs, including education, difficult to afford. For many children in Cambodia, access to education is life-changing — and often, out of reach. With your help, we can make sure more kids go to school, stay in school, and build a better future for themselves, their families, and their country.

Why We’re Doing This

Yes, we’re doing it for the kids in Cambodia. But we’re also doing it for our own kids — to inspire them with a message of perseverance, purpose, and compassion. We want them to see that strength isn’t just about muscles — it’s about showing up for others.
