We’re excited to be kicking off Project Kids Care. Project Kids Care is fundraising through kindness. We are asking friends and family of our Oak Flat community to donate to our school, and in turn, our students will pay it forward by completing acts of kindness in our community.

Each grade has selected a project to benefit a local organization. The projects are:

Kindergarten: will be creating placements for Big Spring Senior Center.
First: will be collecting pet items to put in goodie bags for Speranza Animal Rescue.
Second: will hold a book drive for the John Graham Library.
Third: will collect supplies for SPY
Fourth: will make cards for Caitlyn's Smiles Foundation.
Fifth: will be volunteering to do landscaping and annual clean-up at Camp Yolijwa.

The PTO will pay your donation forward by using it to pay for student field trips, yearbooks and other educational activities at our school. These activities and keepsakes are supported fully by donations from generous sponsors like you. Every donation helps us to reach our goal! If we reach the goal of $15,000, the PTO will have Kona Ice come to the school for a day!

All students as a school will be working to meet our goal of $15,000 and will have the chance to win school-wide rewards, and individual incentives for reaching different fundraising milestone.
