Is this a 5K? Not quite. While traditional 5K races are great fundraisers, we wanted to host an event that was true to our core value: accessibility. Whether you run, walk, roll, or ride, we invite you to join us by moving in a way that is accessible and enjoyable to you.

What kinds of movement count for the event? Any kind! In the past, we have had participants pledge to participate by running, walking, hiking, kayaking, scootering, rolling (in power chairs/wheelchairs), and dancing. Your way is the best way.
