Update: The original goal was 500 new donors by September. It was a heartfelt goal, but this a new form of outreach for us and there's a steep learning curve. It's been adjusted to a goal of 100 donors and we will continue to learn and grow as we build and move into this new and different space in which we're working to adapt.

We are beyond excited to invite you to participate in the ASDAH Summer of Solidarity! Our goal is 100 new monthly recurring donors who believe in health justice, health equity, and compassionate care for every body. We hope to reach this goal by September 30th.

Why now?

- In the spirit of transparency, we’re sharing that ASDAH is at a crossroads. Our ability to continue this work depends on the support of our community.

- Because fat people, especially those who are Black, disabled, superfat, trans, or otherwise marginalized, are still being denied care, dignity, and access to healthcare systems designed to exclude them. ASDAH exists to change that. With your help, we can continue offering the critical programming and support communities we serve, like:

Health professionals who are members that get training, tools, and guidance to provide fat-affirming, bias-free care rooted in the Health at Every Size® Principles and Framework.
Fat advocates and community members who can gain access to advocacy tools and self-care strategies to help them navigate harmful medical systems.

We ALWAYS welcome new members and hope that you'll join us, but know that by giving as little as $5/month, you help sustain this work. If you're able, you can even give $10, $20, or more each month. Every choice you make to give brings us closer to a future where no one is denied care because of their size.
