How Founding Supporter Gifts Are Stewarded

1) An Unshakable Foundation ($11,484 mix of one-time fees & annual fees)

These funds establish the protective foundation of SACRED THREAD™, safeguarding our mission and community. They ensure our nonprofit status, ethical governance, and clear agreements are in place so this work can grow with integrity and care, with the safety and protection for our Board of Directors, our Circle of Facilitators, and our growing community.

2) Visibility & Community Outreach ($8,353 annual)

These funds allow SACRED THREAD™ to sustain a clear, consistent presence so our community stays informed, invitations are extended with care, and those seeking meaningful connection can find their way into the circle.

They support our ability to:

Maintain steady, professional visibility for gatherings, opportunities, and participation
Thoughtfully reach people seeking connection and healing who may not yet know this work exists
Communicate our mission with clarity, integrity, and care
Grow a values-aligned community rooted in inclusivity, belonging, and trust

Jessica has been in conversation with Madison’s talented marketing Wizardress, over very own beloved Madleen Alsabbah, who will likely support this work by keeping our community connected while welcoming new, like-minded folks into the circle.

3) Weekly Facilitator Stipends ($5,200 annual)

Your donations allow SACRED THREAD™ to offer modest stipends to facilitators for their time, wisdom, and care- rather than relying solely on event-based income. These stipends help seed consistent, reliable programming offered by skilled facilitators and circle tenders.

While public offerings typically last 2-3 hours, facilitators often invest two-three times that in preparation, setup, holding the space, and cleanup. The stipend alone does not fully compensate this time; facilitators also receive a percentage of the income from the gatherings they lead, creating a model rooted in shared in reciprocity & honoring the time and energy of those holding space for this deep and meaningful work.

SACRED THREAD™ is committed to:

Supporting experienced facilitators who are well-trained, rooted in their craft, and able to offer thoughtful, well-held gatherings
Honoring facilitators as professionals and stewards through ethical compensation and shared benefit
Building sustainable models that reflects our facilitator’s time and energy while avoiding burnout

4) Space Rental & Gathering Costs (TBD)

While many gatherings have been generously hosted in free or donated spaces, weekly, reliable programming will require consistent, accessible locations. As the community grows, we anticipate costs associated with securing spaces that are welcoming, warm, and accessible for all.

Funds raised will support:

Comfortable, reliable spaces that allow gatherings to happen consistently
Accessibility for people of all abilities
Environments that support focus, safety, and a sense of belonging

5) Administrative & Leadership Capacity (TBD)

As SACRED THREAD™ grows, administrative and leadership support are essential to ensure continuity, compliance, and care for both people and systems.

Early funding in this area supports:

Administrative coordination and scheduling
Donor communication and record-keeping
Board support and compliance tasks
Program continuity and organizational oversight

This capacity allows the organization to function reliably without placing unsustainable demands on any one individual, ensuring SACRED THREAD™ can grow with steadiness and integrity.
