Why Hungerford Scholarships Matter

In the Pallisa District, less than 50% of primary students earn a PLE score high enough to continue to secondary school. For the students that do qualify, they are often significantly behind their peers from regions facing fewer economic challenges. The Hungerford Scholarship changes that story—offering more than tuition:

A safe boarding environment
Before- and after-class tutoring
Holiday learning programs
Mentorship from older Hungerford scholars
Consistent nutrition and stability
Spiritual formation and guidance
