I had the enormous pleasure of walking with three amazing women on their journey with Alzheimer’s.
They taught me:
- The importance of a sense of humor
- The determination to do your best
- The importance of compassion and love
- The true meaning of friendship
- The necessity of organization
- The ability to laugh at your own foibles
- The little reasons to have fun
I miss them dearly.
So, in their honor I am walking on May 17th to support The Alzheimer’s Family Caregivers Support Center of Cape Cod
