Join us for our inaugural Self-Love 5K Run & Walk at AV ALTA FC Stadium. Run or walk through the newly renovated Lancaster Municipal Stadium. With well-stocked water/aid stations and a lively post-race celebration, this is a self-love race you won't want to miss!

Why Run or Walk with Valley Oasis?

This Self-Love 5K centers the idea that we often spend so much time pouring into others, caring for families, supporting friends, and showing up for the community, that we unintentionally neglect our own well-being. Self-Love and self-care are not luxuries; they are essential foundations for healing, resilience, and sustained compassion.

Every step in this race is a reminder to pause, breathe, and recognize that your own healing matters too. By taking care of ourselves, we strengthen our ability to care for others in meaningful and lasting ways.

Funds raised help provide dignity, hope, and support for individuals and families experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, trauma, housing insecurity, and homelessness across the Antelope Valley.

Together, we run and walk for self-love, restoration, and the belief that everyone deserves the same care and compassion they so often give to others.
