Join us for our 1st Annual Self-Love 5K Run & Walk at AV ALTA FC Stadium. This event takes participants through the newly renovated Lancaster Municipal Stadium. With well-stocked water/aid stations and a lively post-race celebration, this is a self-love race you won't want to miss!

Why Run With Valley Oasis?

Valley Oasis is on a mission to empower people, transform lives, and foster innovation for healthy communities. For over 44 years, Valley Oasis, formerly known as the Antelope Valley Domestic Violence Council, has been dedicated to providing domestic violence, sexual assault, housing, and homeless services to all individuals, including men, women, children, emancipated minors, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people from all racial and cultural backgrounds. Every step we take helps create opportunities to continue providing services for residents of the Antelope Valley. Join us on the course as we run to NURTURE, HEAL, and RENEW our self-love.

This special event invites participants of all ages and fitness levels to lace up their shoes and take steps toward honoring themselves, their health, and their journey. This 5K is more than a race; it's a reminder that caring for yourself is the first step toward caring for others. Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, your participation supports our mission to uplift and care for individuals and families in the Antelope Valley. Together, we'll move purpose, celebrate resilience, and spread the message that love starts here.
